My calling is to promote Longevity and Lifestyle Optimization for Modern Achievers with a focus on:
Helping individuals live longer, healthier lives through sustainable lifestyle changes.
Bridging science and practicality, offering actionable strategies for Sleep, Exercise, Nutrition, Social connection, and Mental Health (SENSM).
Empowering professionals, caregivers, and young adults to balance their physical, emotional, and mental well-being while navigating modern challenges like burnout, relationship struggles, and self-alignment.
My ability to connect my personal journey, medical expertise, and compassionate approach makes my niche authentic, empowering, and relatable.
I’ve spent years in hospitals, watching patients suffer for years with heart failure, high blood pressure, uncontrolled diabetes, coronary disease, and obesity. The COVID pandemic made me realize I wanted to help people before they reached that breaking point. That’s why I now focus on Medicine 3.0

Greetings WellBeings! I’m Dr. Schehrezade Khan, your very own Wellness Doctor. I am a Board-Certified Internal Medicine physician, and I recognize that my job is not just to support people when they are ill, but also to prevent them from getting sick, too! I spent the majority of my career as a hospital doctor called a “hospitalist.”
I am now taking a different approach. I help people take a proactive approach to their health, preventing disease before it starts. True well-being isn’t about quick fixes—it’s about making smart, sustainable choices that support a longer, healthier life. Some people call this Longevity Medicine.
In the hospital, I have seen too many patients suffer from preventable conditions like diabetes, heart disease, and obesity. The pandemic made it clear: I wanted to help people long before they ended up in the hospital. Now, I focus on empowering my patients with their health data to take control of their health through science-backed strategies.
I’ve personally navigated health challenges like weight management and hormone imbalances, so I understand how frustrating the process can be. My approach is straightforward and results-driven, combining medical expertise with accountability. I don’t believe in fads—I believe in proven methods that create real, lasting change. If you’re ready to invest in your future, I’ll guide you every step of the way.
Born in southern California with Pakistani Pashtun roots, I’m proud to be the first doctor in my family. My passion for helping others started young—my family even called me “The Little Grandmother” for my caring nature. Family is at the heart of everything I do, and I bring that same dedication to my patients.
Beyond medicine, I love performing, acting, dancing, and singing. I follow spiritual teachings that nurture both personal growth and my work as a physician. Whether you’re dealing with hormonal issues or simply want to feel better in your skin, I’m here to help you make lasting, meaningful change.
