Greetings WellBeings!
I’m Dr. Khan, your very own Wellness Doctor. An internal medicine physician who blends modern 3.0 medicine with lifestyle and wellness. I empower my patients to take control of their health journey by combining evidence-based care with personalized wellness strategies.
True well-being isn’t about quick fixes—it’s about making smart, sustainable choices that support a longer, healthier life. I’m passionate about helping people achieve true health while combatting medical misinformation.
My philosophy is simple: we work together to be proactive toward Healthspan. It is different than prevention. I help you focus on real transformation with science and the art of medicine. This comes from commitment, not shortcuts.
I’ve spent years in hospitals, watching patients suffer for years with heart failure, high blood pressure, uncontrolled diabetes, coronary disease, and obesity. The COVID pandemic made me realize I wanted to help people before they reached that breaking point.
That’s why I now focus on Medicine 3.0.
I’m here for the conversation most people never get to have with a doctor, the one where you don’t even know what to ask, or how to understand what your numbers mean, why your body is doing what it’s doing, and what you can actually change.

My approach bridges clinical expertise with patient-centered philosophy. My own medical and personal journey makes me a compassionate, authentic, empowering, and relatable doctor.
I am a board-certified physician, which is a fancy way to say: general practitioner, or primary care physician, or even “internist,” with years of experience in internal medicine and preventive care.
I’m deeply interested in the connection between lifestyle and long-term health outcomes. Working with a diverse group of patients, focusing on early detection, disease prevention, and personalized wellness plans.
I bring my experience of medicine 3.0, hospital medicine, health, and lifestyle medicine into my Santa Monica practice — in-person and through telehealth, and my online education platforms.

My approach is straightforward and results-driven, combining medical expertise and prescription GLP-1s, with accountability. Whether you’re dealing with hormonal issues or simply want to feel better in your skin, I’m here to help you make lasting, meaningful change, and to guide you every step of the way.
My passion for helping others started young—my family even called me “The Little Grandmother” for my caring nature. Born in southern California with Pakistani Pashtun roots, I’m proud to be the first doctor in my family. Family is at the heart of everything I do, and I bring that same dedication to my patients.
My love for performing, acting, dancing, and singing are the very tools I use to sustain my own good health, sharp focus, and overall wellbeing. Dancing and performing keep my body agile and resilient, while singing and acting allow me to express emotion and maintain a deeply positive outlook on life. Grounded in spiritual teachings, these creative outlets serve as my personal blueprint for healthy aging. I don’t just prescribe longevity strategies to my patients—I live them every day, bringing a vital, lived experience of holistic health into my practice.
