Hi, I’m Dr. Schehrezade Khan, Board-Certified Internal Medicine MD.  As a physician I recognize my job is not just to support people when they are ill, but also to prevent them from getting chronic disease.  This awareness sprung after I spent 9 years as a hospital doctor called a “hospitalist.”  I am now taking a different approach, Longevity Medicine, I help people take a proactive approach to their health, preventing disease before it starts. True well-being isn’t about quick fixes—it’s about making smart, sustainable choices that support a longer, healthier life.

I’ve spent years in hospitals. I have seen too many patients suffer from preventable conditions like diabetes, heart disease, and obesity. The pandemic made it clear: I wanted to help people long before they ended up in the hospital. Now, I focus on empowering my patients with their health data to take control of their health through science-backed strategies.

I’ve personally navigated health challenges like weight management and hormone imbalances, so I understand how frustrating the process can be. My approach is straightforward and results-driven, combining medical expertise with accountability. I don’t believe in fads—I believe in proven methods that create real, lasting change. If you’re ready to invest in your future, I’ll guide you every step of the way.

Born in southern California with Pakistani Pashtun roots, I’m proud to be the first doctor in my family. My passion for helping others started young—my family even called me “The Little Grandmother” for my caring nature. Family is at the heart of everything I do, and I bring that same dedication to my patients.

Beyond medicine, I love performing, acting, dancing, and singing. I follow spiritual teachings that nurture both personal growth and my work as a physician. Whether you're dealing with hormonal issues or simply want to feel better in your skin, I’m here to help you make lasting, meaningful change.
